Responsibilities:
  • Management of customer tech transfer and clinical manufacturing projects, including costs, timeline and project deliverables
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects teams (with customer and internal team members) to achieve project goals
  • Scope project requests to determine feasibility, costs and timeline
  • Present site capabilities in support of sales and marketing activities 
Tasks:
  • Defining project goals during quotation and project kick-off phases
  • Calculating project costs (resources, material costs) 
  • Developing and updating detailed project plans, including required tasks and durations, with internal team and customer input
  • Serving as primary point of contact with customer for project activities
  • Communicating project details, requirements and issue to team members, internal stakeholders and customers
  • Preparing and leading project team meetings, including authoring meeting agendas, minutes and action items
  • Monitoring project status (including cost, timeline and quality) and providing updates through established reporting processes (i.e. Genius reports, OSC process, monthly dashboards)
  • Cost and resource planning and monitoring in SAP
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Driving customer project deliverables in line with the defined responsibilities of each project team member
  • Reviewing and providing input to Key Account Management and Business Development on quotations/proposals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) degree in a science / engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or health care industry
  • Some experience in project management
  • MS Office
